ikev2 nat: only compare source hash with source payload hash etc.
i.e., drop code comparing source hash with destination payload hash
answers ??? do we know from the isan_type which of these to test?

nat: rename nat detection functions to use active tense
... and pass in IKE SA
v2_nat_detected() to the active detect_ikev2_nat()
natd_lookup_common() -> detect_nat_common() and
ikev1_natd_lookup() -> detect_ikev1_natd().
