libipsecconf: prototype ipsec addconn --name foo left=1.2.3.4 right=5.6.7.7
The code includes hacks to emulate `whack ... --to ...`
(but it isn't very smart)
TODO:
- should this be part of `ipsec add[conn]` or a new command?
- whack and ipsec.conf have inconsistencies such as:
--authby=... vs {leftright}auth=
what should be emulated?
- generate help using the keyword table?
- should `whack ... --to ...` be deprecated?
(this eliminates need to maintain it)
- documentation (but first resolve above)
