testing: in replay-window-ikev2-pfkeyv2-freebsd don't enable TMI
While a connection's final reference is being freed, TMI causes
logs refering to that reference to be emitted, confusing refcnt.awk
close #1909 replay-window-ikev2-pfkeyv2-freebsd has bogus
use-after-refcnt-free errors
