Log:
  Allow bootstrapping mtree on Linux systems
  
  Linux glibc has a dummy lchmod that always fails and emitting a linker
  warning when used. Don't fail the build due to that warning when
  bootstrapping by setting LD_FATAL_WARNINGS=no.
