Thanks for the kind words. The VFS can be considered completely MPSAFE by date, the only remaining thing to do is sweeping out smbfs/netsmb. However a known FreeBSD shops has patches to make smbfs MPSAFE and I'd rather give them more time to commit them and re-add smbfs as a MPSAFE filesystem rather than get into their way and remove the support.
