Upstream version sets it correctly, the change went in either shortly before or after 3.0 release. I.e. clang -target i386-freebsd -mno-sse uses __FLT_EVAL_METHOD__ 2, clang -target i386-freebsd -msse uses __FLT_EVAL_METHOD__ 0.
