Log: MFC: r227980 Move to SCHED_ULE by default. Since r226057 SCHED_ULE and sparc64 are compatible with each other and since r227539 the last issue seen when using SCHED_ULE is fixed (MFC'ed to stable/9 in r230691 and r227714 respectively). At least on UP and 2-way machines SCHED_4BSD still performs better than SCHED_ULE, however, the optimizations done in r225889 (MFC'ed to stable/9 in r230673) pretty much compensate that so there's at least no net regression. Thanks go to Peter Jeremy for extensive testing.
