rc.early(8) was removed as of 20090530 so remove manual page reference
to it.
Just a side note: gmirror(8) manpage still references rc.early in
description of doing kernel dumps on gmirror. It would be great
to fix it too.
I think we need to fix it with new instruction about the (deprecated)
rc.early and rc.local scripts. To be honest I think it's an overkill to
have one-liners as a standard alone rc.d script, as it's far too easy
for administrator to screw themselves, though.
I have a similar script (ignore the Chinese characters which just
described how to do this remotely)
