Log: Change the default timeout for caching attributes of a directory in the NFS client from 30 seconds to 3 seconds. After the recent changes to add caching of negative name cache lookups, a negative name cache hit will persist until the client notices the parent directory has changed. The higher the attribute cache timeout on directories, the longer that can take, so lower the default timeout for directories to match that of regular files.
