Pretty obvious I'd say.

1. Scale the optical instrument by the ratio of wavelengths and
   then consider if the size is practical.

2. The required optical processors may not exist for sound waves.
   And if they existed, they probably wouldn't work over a frequency 
   range of several decades.
  
3. Pressure waves do not work in the same way as EM waves. For
   example, they are not transversal, so there is no concept of
   polarisation.
