Are there any recommendations on 6 dof head tracking?  At the moment I'm
looking at the Vive Trackers https://www.vive.com/uk/accessory/tracker3/,
but if there's a more accessible option I'd love to go with that.

And on that note, when it comes to 6 dof, I was thinking positional audio
(like in games) would be the easiest way to test it, as I haven't seen much
in the 6 dof ambisonics space for maxmsp.

Any resources or software would be helpful.  Thanks!
