Hello, I have been using both papers long time ago in the material that I composed for my teaching at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague, but as long as my archives are such a mess, I can only try to find them back. The teaching material however is available. You can also try the papers by the late Eberhard Sengpiel, which are perhaps the most reliable of all on the subject. Look for them in Google.
