This makes me think, that with Izotope RX or similar noise reduction software, it might be good to take the noise profile sample for example from W and X channels, run the noise reduction and then use the same profile for the Y and Z channels. Don't take a new noise profile from Y and Z. Or - if you prefer for some reason running the noise reduction for all B-format signals separately, use the noise profile from just one (for example W) for all of the channels.
