Assuming the room walls are vertical, all you need is

* the coorindates of the four corners measured from the
  listening position,

* a tape measure,

* you brain and the assistance of a simple scientific
  calculator (you'll need sine and cosine). 

This is not rocket science, it's simple high school maths.
