You'd need "Rapture3D Advanced" for a non-standard/irregular speaker layout - "TOA Decoding" targets standard layouts only. Alternatively, the Rapture3D Player can be used for stand-alone TOA playback. Currently you can't use iTunes to play ambisonics directly AFAIK.
