Thanks a lot. I apology for not telling the status of the first order. It is 
normal. It has spatial filter effect
but not very obvious. Also, The value of spherical harmonics by my script is 
the same as the one computed by the
function of 
WOLFRAM(http://functions.wolfram.com/webMathematica/FunctionEvaluation.jsp?name=SphericalHarmonicYGeneral).
To avoid mistaking the signal of different channels, today I have got the 
simulated signal by the method of SMIRgen
(signal convolved with spherical microphone array impulse response, 
http://www.commsp.ee.ic.ac.uk/~dpj05/smirgen/)
to process. After processed by beamforming of different orders, the output 
signal of 1st order is spatial filtered
but not obvious. The signal of 2nd order is much better than 1st order, and the 
signal of 3rd order is a litter better
than 2nd order. But the signal of 4th order doesn't show any spatial filter 
effect, even worse than 1st order. I had
wondered whether it was caused by the orthogonal error of spherical array. And 
I have tried to minize the orthogonal
error to get the orthogonal coefficient of different mic positions, but it 
failed to work better. Or do you think there
is other reason for the problem. Thanks.
