Lovely display (they really, really ought to make that int a separate
product!) but according to the latest copy of the Harpex player
manual, the output modes are

􀀀 Binaural:
Not available in the player.
􀀀 Stereo:
Use this for playback over stereo loudspeakers.
􀀀 Shotgun:
Use this for playback over a 3D loudspeaker array.
􀀀 Surround:
Use this for playback over a horizontal loudspeaker rig.
􀀀 Ambisonics:
Not available in the player.

so it doesn't do UHJ (or binaural) which rules it out for the present puposes.

I also have to admit that, speaking personally, I find the Harpex
algorithm very material dependant and that it can produce listening
fatigue at least as bad as some of the 1970's "logic" decoders, though
in other cases it works well - so I would like to see a Harpex mode
in/out switch.
