My recollection from a 1980s telephone
conversation with Minim was that the
production AD 10 decoders did not have
hand-selected components, but the
reference version of the AD 10 did (and cost
more).

Sorry, I don't know of one either.  I have
collected information about the Minim
decoders, and made it available at:
https://sites.google.com/site/minimdecoders/

This includes instructions for the AD 10, and
a circuit diagram for the AD 7.  If you know of
more information then please pass it on to me
so that I can add it to the site.
