Those parts that could create problems, yes. But you'd need quite a special filter to do it effectively. The standard lowpass filters you'll find in some mixers and some software would either be rather ineffective, or affect more of the frequency range that you'd want. The real solution is to avoid that these signals are generated at all. If you use FFT-based processsing, that is the place to do it - attenuate the relevant frequency bands before the final inverse FFT.
