I do not know if it is compatible with your recent version of SeaMonkey
or if it was ever compatible with any version, but you might try the
Signature Switch extension. I am using it with Thunderbird 52.9.1.

It sets a default signature but then allows you to select a non-default
signature for a given newsgroup or E-mail address. It also allows you
to manually select a saved signature without having to manually type the
signature.

While a "vaccination passport" to prove someone has been
vaccinated against COVID-19 seems to be a good idea, most
concepts involve smart phones. What about those of us
who have been vaccinated but do not have a smart phone?
