Why not create alt.seamonkey.support and alt.seamonkey.develop?
Alternatively, ask at news.groups.proposals on any general NNTP server
to create comp.seamonkey.support and comp.seamonkey.develop, which could
then be moderated (but not by Chris Ilias).

While a "vaccination passport" to prove someone has been
vaccinated against COVID-19 seems to be a good idea, most
concepts involve smart phones.  What about those of us
who have been vaccinated but do not have a smart phone?
