UPDATE: I had to call them. I would have to go to each email and put them in the spam filter which is pointless because they use different addresses every time. So instead of using the email in the filters, I filter out the name of the subject/title and certain words in the body of the email, because most spam is the same subject every time. So the best way to filter spam is not by address but by subject line, or certain words in subject line.
