I can read the groups, no problems, however when I try to send a reply I

Every time!!
This originally lead to me having 12 messages in my 'Drafts' folder on
the "Local Folders" account.
Now that I've re-booted the computer and SeaMonkey, which tried to
resend those 12 messages, and failed again, so those messages have moved
from the 'Drafts' Folder to the 'Outbox' folder ..... but still haven't
appeared on the E-S newsgroup!
Anybody got any suggestions as to what is going on ...... assuming I can
actually post this to this newsgroup/news-server!!
I never thought I would be responding to anything on this news
group...but here I am. I also have/had some of the same problems that
you described in your message. If you noticed, a few of my recent
threads in this group looked like I sent the same message more than
once. I would attempt to send the message and it would come back
instantaneously with a small window informing me that the message was
undeliverable (for a reason that I can't remember). I, then, sent the
message again; and the same thing happened...over and over. I then made
a visit to this newsgroup and there were all of those messages that I
thought failed to send. In fact, you may have noticed, in the message I
sent to you in my recent thread had the same problem. After three
attempts I just happened to observe who my message was addressed to and
there was my problem. I changed the address to
mozilla.support.seamonkey and then the message sent as usual. In fact,
I had to change the to address in this message from Daniel
<[email protected]> to mozilla.support.seamonkey.
I hope this information will help in solving your problem.

P.S. As you know...my SeaMonkey Newsgroup access is on the fritz. Thus,
the problems I described above occurred while I was using Thunderbird.
