I've got just about every privacy / security add-on you could want, and mine loads just fine. I imagine you've got some third party script or adware mucking it up. Possibly intentionally to try to make you turn the ad blocker off. It looks like NoScript is shutting down whatever behavior you're seeing on my end. I would recommend shutting down whatever script / ad script blockers you are using, and unblock things one at a time in NoScript to try to replicate the behavior. That should tell you which third party is mucking up the page.
