Whether you can view a PDF within the browser window or must instead download the PDF file for viewing with a non-browser application is often a function of how the Web server is configured and how the PDF file is identified on the server. The Web site for the Vanguard mutual fund group is an example. Statements, transaction confirmations, and Form 1099 tax forms are all available as PDF files. However, statements and confirmations are available only for downloading while tax forms can be viewed (and then downloaded) within my browser window. -- David E. Ross Trump again proves he is a major source of fake news. He wants to cut off disaster funds to repair the damage caused by the Woolsey Fire in southern California because he claims the state fails to manage its forests properly. The Woolsey Fire was NOT a forest fire. Starting in an industrial tract, it did not burn through any forests. See <http://www.rossde.com/fire.html>. _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
