I believe your Seamonkey level is 2.46 which is probably a reason to
upgrade. Unfortunately you need to download the newest version and
update it manually, the automatic update mechanism has been broken for a
while.
Do you have file-system corruption on your system? You should run the
filesystem check some time.
Since I don't know *what* password you have to enter, enter, enter, I
don't have a clue what the cause is.
