I went the link you posted but the download button comes to the same
dead end I found with the link I also posted.
Looks like Mozilla has removed all hosting of extensions?
At least all of the legacy extensions.
However, all the extensions for both Seamonkey and Thunderbird got
copied to addons.thunderbird.net, and they're still available there. If
you're searching for addons with the Addons Manager, I believe that the
query now resolves to thunderbird.net.
However, I did check and I don't see Password Exporter there, and it
seems likely that it had been removed from mozilla before stuff was
moved to thunderbird.net.
