You press Control+U while viewing the message to see the source.
Do that with both the original sent message, and with one of the received
messages. Report back how each shows the addressees.
source on my original copy of the message in question confirms that I
did set my message as BCC: to everyone
while source of my recieved messages displays everyone received my
message as TO:
