No, that "Window-Solution" will not solve your problem. If uninstalling within Addon manager doesn't work for some reason you could just manually delete. While SeaMonkey is not running find extension folder or xpi and delete it. You may have to peek at the install.rdf to identify the NoScript xpi. xpi are just ZIP archives.
