I downloaded the forms and instructions. Then I used Adobe Reader to view the forms. Aided by the instructions, I created a set of spreadsheets (one Excel .xlsm file with several sheets) for computing. After filling in my data, I copied the results from the spreadsheets to the PDF forms. I have already filed, but I will not be paying until the 18 April deadline. I am using Adobe Reader 11.0.15.2, which I downloaded via FTP from /pub/adobe/reader/win/11.x/11.0.15/misc at ftp.adobe.com. This was an incremental .msp update file to apply to the base 11.0.0.0.0 version. I avoid the DC versions, the latest being Adobe Reader 2015.010.20060. These are all for use PDF files the in cloud. I do not trust cloud services to remain in business (remember Kim Dotcom's Megaupload?) or to have sufficient protection against hackers. -- David E.
