Thank you David E Ross, it seems like I have the same as what you put in your post. Here is what I copied
from 'About Plugins':
Shockwave Flash

Version: 21.0.0.182
State: Enabled
Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
Unless I missed something, it looks the same as what you wrote.
