I would like to help, but I have very little time to test and follow up
with results, as well as being limited in knowledge of browser
infrastructure.
Same here even though I am a QA guy. I have a full-time job and real
life. I'll help when I can like if I run into issues that I can
reproduce with mine and others as you saw in my earlier posts in this
awesome newsgroup. I do participate in Bugzilla like votes, comments,
trying issues, etc. but those are rare. Consider me a rare member. ;)
So I rely on the experienced brains of others.
Ditto. I am not an expert too, but know stuff and usually can get
answers with from other people's help.
I use Seamonkey primarily for the email ability coupled with the
browser. Use Firefox for my main browser work. Been with Mozilla and
Seamonkey for many years, migrating from Netscape. Always hated IE.
For me, SM is my main web browser, GUI e-mail client, usenet/newsrgoup
reader that I use daily. I'm not always in Windows too, but do like it
how it exists on many OSes (Linux and Mac OS X). I hate IE as well! I
have been using suite products since Netscape Navigator (or was it
Communicator?) days!
SM still kicks arse even though it has some annoying issues. I'm just
glad it doesn't change so much like Firefox's front ends!
