I would first save a copy of your entire profile. If you mean the name of your SeaMonkey profile, go to [Tools > Switch Profile]. Select the Manage Profiles button. Select the profile you want to change and then select Rename Profile. If you mean the name of a mail-news account, open the Mail & Newsgroups window. Select the account, right-click, and select Settings from the pull-down context menu. On the main Settings pane, change Account Name.
