For an example, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201222 shows HUGE font
sizes in my SeaMonkey v2.35 in both of my old, Windows XP Pro SP3, and
64-bit Debian (oldstable)/Linux (using SM contrib files). :(

From mozilla.support.firefox newsgroup since I was able to reproduce it
in Firefox v40.0.3, "Minimum font size" has to be to none! :(
