SeaMonkey is not one of them - 2.12.1 is what I have.
Lately SM will start up with maybe 8 of them running !
I have to then kill 7 hoping I don't go overboard
and kill all of them.
Is there some sort of "Command Line" that I can
add to the SM Desktop Icon Target Line that will
restrict SM to only one running at a time ?
All I can think of is that I have presses the
CTRL-ALT-I key for too long of a time and the key
is repeating.
Also, some times SM won't start up, LED flashing
showing activity, but no start up. Wait a while
and press the "CTRL-ALT-I" Keys again and then
multiples start !
PITA, but doesn't ALWAYS happen - just enough to
be bothersome.

With multiple windows, you still have only one instance of SeaMonkey
running.
How many windows did you have open the last time you shut down? Were
they open when you shut down your PC? Or did you shut down SeaMonkey but
left your PC running?
I always shut down everything running before I
shut down Windows.
I know what you mean, but no, I did not do that.
