BTW - I also get a Password Window that come up
for "Hide Files & Folders" application that I do
use for my banking & Stock activity.
I did not set up any prompting for it to do that.
Sometimes I persists to the point of not letting
me do anything !
Does Windows XP have some routine that remembers
what you 'normally' do and then pushes it on you ?

BTW - on my "Preferences" bar, the POP-UPS Button
is checked.
