changed BOTH (about and PREF to 5ms.... a little better
it along with the avg virus message... sorta lock up my screen, for what seems like 5 MINS..
especially when you're waiting !!.
btw, I think he was out @ first... (m see instant replay next season)

Default is 10,000 ms, or 10 seconds. Reducing it to 5,000 should come to 5

can definitely tell those apart.
But you're definitely right that humans can't tell between 5 and 10 ms; at best
we can order
events that are 20-25 ms apart (think of a runner safe or out at first, or a
racquetball
hitting the front or side wall first).
