Since most Flash -- especially Flash that sets Flash cookies -- is found
in advertisements, I also disabled AdBlock Plus.

It tooks me many hours to find a Flash display that set a cookie.
Finally, I found one in an advertisement.  I then enabled BetterPrivacy,
for which I have the setting to remove Flash cookies on launching
SeaMonkey.  It worked!
