That's the registration page that is the topic of this discussion.
Everybody can open/display the home page. It's when you attempt to
register is the problem.
I can open the registration page, too, with SM 2.0.14, but I haven't
attempted to fill in the data and create an account. Is registering the
sticking point, or do some people have trouble seeing the registration page?
