Well, miraculously, the context menu has fixed itself.

No idea how does it happen, but I've experienced the same couple of
times. I haven't given it enough thought or research, though. I
thought it might be related to some of my extensions not fully
compatible while I still run them with the extension compatibility
check turned off.
