I see that now. Having never used it to me it seems strange and
different. I typically only know enough to get myself into trouble and
then have to go to places like this to bail me out. So I tend to stick
to things that I know how to do.

If you're running SeaMonkey, launch the Mail & Newsgroups application
(ask if you don't know how to do this). Then, go to File -> New -> Account
and set up a newsgroup account. The Newsgroup server on which these groups
are found is "news.mozilla.org".
