No sorry it didn't. There is no start button, so running that command has to be done through CMD.exe. It unfortunately still does not work. I know Seamonkey 1.1.14 is supposed to run in Windows NT3.51, as that is one of it's great strengths... unfortunately I don't have it working. I have since installed MS Office 97, which runs perfectly. The system is very robust, it's just finding software that works on it that's the hassle.
