No. They may have been thinking of the Mozilla Application Suite no longer being maintained by the Mozilla Foundation, which was codenamed "seamonkey" (note the small 'm'). See <http://blog.lizardwrangler.com/2005/03/10/community-transition-plan-for-seamonkey/>.
