Concerning plugins: Locate IceWeasel's plugins directory (e.g. find /usr -type d -name plugins) and copy its contents preserving symlinks (e.g. cp -p /usr/share/iceweasel/plugins/* /path/to/seamonkey/plugins).
Concerning Adblock Plus: I wonder where you got v1.0.1 from. Lenny contains v0.7.5.5 (cf. <http://packages.debian.org/lenny/adblock-plus>). Anyway, that package won't help you installing the extension in the original SeaMonkey. Simply install it from <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/1865>.
