Andrew Yourtchenko pointed out during a discussion of 
draft-jaeggli-v6ops-pmtud-ecmp-problem during V6ops that the same PMTUD issues 
that we are seeing with IPv6 over IPv4 tunnels will exist as we transition 
toward encapsulating IPv4 over an IPv6 network. Really this is a more generic 
problem, but it's maybe worth calling this out as a consideration on a v6-only 
network. Since you have to touch the draft to give it a date keepalive anyway…
