there are no tools to do this for you.
To obtain trajectories, see
https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Simulation/Output/FCDOutput.html
You could run sumo with option **--precision 0** which would have all
spatial outputs rounded to 1m values and thereby place objects on a 1m grid.
