The networks of the Bologna scenario at
https://github.com/DLR-TS/sumo-scenarios/tree/master/bologna are
geo-referenced. You can use the methods listed at
https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/Geo-Coordinates.html#performing_coordinate-transformations
