1. You can remote-control a single vehicle using traci.vehicle.moveToXY ( https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/TraCI/Change_Vehicle_State.html#move_to_xy_0xb4) 2. Webwizard only supports bounding boxes. However, you can easily remove unwanted roads from the network with netedit and then regenerate the random demand (webwizard also exports a script for this).
