Role: Product Manager Work Location: San Jose Duration: 6+ months Primary Job Responsibilities As a Product Manager on the Client Catalogs team, you are responsible for planning and executing on site features and functionality that will help improve visitor to buyer conversion. Catalogs is a key component of Client’s Finding experience, and this position in specifically will be in charge of driving Catalog Coverage across the Client Platform. You will also be responsible for helping to drive product strategy and create a 12-18 month product roadmap for your product area. Your responsibilities include the following: - Improving Catalog Coverage on Client. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes Engineering, Operations, Selling Product Management, QA, Classification, Project Management and other product managers. - Defining, managing and launching product features including writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that will facilitate catalog adoption on Client - Working with Engineering, QA, Data Managers, Operations, Project Management and other product managers to ensure the quality of our current catalogs - Understand and evangelize the needs of the Catalogs to our user community. Job Requirements: This position requires the following skills: - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related industry experience (or Master's and 3+ years) required - 2+ years of Product Management/Product Marketing experience at a Consumer Internet or software company. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good understanding of user experience concepts. Good understanding of data structuring. - Superb attention to detail and the ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment. - Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional groups - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Active Client users who are familiar with the Client user experience also a plus.
