Duration: QA Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 3+ yrs ***Candidates must have experience writing SQL Queries, not just testing them…… QA Analyst Essential Requirements: 1. Estimates QA work effort for assigned projects. 2. Writes test cases to test application or system functionality. 3. Runs manual test cases for application or system functionality and perform analysis to ensure that it meets design specifications and is within total quality management limits and standards. 4. Documents and publishes testing results, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as appropriate. 5. Creates test plan documentation for assigned projects. 6. Manages testing for more applications or system at a given time, applications or systems of a bigger size, or a combination of both. 7. Leads or mentors junior QA analysts. Performance Requirements: 4-5 years experience SQL experience if data services, data warehouse, or conversion role Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Design and execution of IEEE (or equivalent) test plans and/or test cases experience.
